The Heart of the Ministry

We founded The Light Rock & Mercy Ministry because God called us to create a sacred place where His healing can take root. This ministry was born from witnessing the deep grief and spiritual emptiness that often follows reproductive loss, and from trusting that God desires to restore every wounded heart. We believe every life is precious to Him, and every soul deserves a place to rest, be renewed, and encounter His mercy. Through Scripture, guided meditations, and the sacraments, we walk with you as God leads you toward spiritual restoration. Our mission is to shine His light and mercy into places of darkness, reminding you that in His love, you are never alone.

Compassion

We offer a safe and welcoming space where every heart is seen, heard, and held in sacred silence.

Our Core Values

Scripture-Based Healing

Guided by the Word, we provide healing through Scripture, meditations, and meaningful rituals that restore hope.

Spiritual Support

We walk alongside you in your journey, providing the spiritual strength and community needed for lasting renewal through the sacraments.

Emily Babilonia

Founder

My name is Emily Babilonia, founder of The Light & Rock Ministry. For 17 years I have served as the Spanish coordinator for Rachel’s Vineyard in Palm Beach County and continue volunteering with the national RV offices for all Spanish‑language needs. I minister alongside a dedicated team of 15 who serve with the heart of Christ to help those wounded by abortion or miscarriage.

I am a devout Catholic, happily married to Mario Gonzalez, blessed with two adult children, three grandchildren, and five grandbabies in heaven. Born in Chicago, I survived a severe childhood car accident that led to years of surgeries and therapy. My family later moved to Puerto Rico for my health, where I learned resilience, purpose, and faith. Those experiences shaped my calling to accompany others and lead them to the healing love of Jesus Christ.

Meeting Our Ministry Team

Our dedicated leaders and volunteers are here to walk beside you with compassion, offering a sacred space for healing and restoration.

Nilda Green

Co-Founder

My name is Nilda SepĆŗlveda Green, and I have served as Co‑coordinator for the Spanish Rachel’s Vineyard in Palm Beach County, Florida, for 17 years. This ministry has transformed my life, helping me heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually after the deep pain of abortion. Through God’s mercy, I found forgiveness, restoration, and a new beginning, which is why I now serve as a voice for the unborn and a defender of life.

I am happily married to Bruce Green and blessed with two daughters, five grandchildren, and six great‑grandchildren. I also carry four babies in heaven, two lost through abortion, one miscarriage, and one ectopic pregnancy.

Born in Puerto Rico, I moved to New York at age 12 after my father’s passing. Adjusting to a big city was challenging, but my Catholic faith strengthened me through every trial. My journey has shaped me into a woman healed by God’s grace, committed to helping others find the same hope and healing.

My name is Roselyn MƩndez. I have been married to my husband, Edwin, for 43 years, and together we have built a beautiful family with two children and one grandchild. I am a cancer survivor, and I thank God for His faithfulness through every stage of my life.

For the past 17 years, I have had the privilege of serving in the Spanish Rachel’s Vineyard ministry, helping bring this message of healing to other countries. Through this ministry, I have witnessed God’s love and mercy restoring hearts.

My husband and I also volunteer with the 40 Days for Life campaign, praying in front of abortion clinics. I am deeply grateful to the Lord for allowing me to serve Him and others, it is truly a blessing.
